Welcome to the registration page to join TeamMONASH™ and participate in the 2009 Singapore Marathon.

The information on this form is collected for the primary purpose of registering you as a TeamMONASH™ participant for the Singapore Marathon. Other purposes of collection include correspondence regarding the event and keeping you informed of any changes. If you choose not to complete all the questions on this form, it may not be possible for Monash Sport to process your registration. Personal information may also be disclosed to the Singapore Marathon event organisers.

You have a right to access personal information that Monash University holds about you, subject to any exceptions in relevant legislation. If you wish to seek access to your personal information or inquire about the handling of your personal information, please contact the University Privacy Officer via email.

Please note that as being part of TeamMONASH™ photos may be taken of you at the event. These photos may be used for promotional purposes and an online image gallery.
